در محکوميتِ لشکرکشی آمريکا به خاورميانه

و دفاع از حقوقِ قربانيانِ جنگ و مردم عراق

در شرايطی که بازرسان سازمان ملل متحد در راستای خلع سلاح های کشتارجمعی رژيم عراق مشغول انجام وظيفه بودند ، هيئت حاکمه امريکا (بهمراهی متحد انگليسی خود) تصميم گرفت با هدف تغيير رژيم حاکم ، بطور يکجانبه به اين کشور اعلان جنگ دهد و لشکرکشی خود را آغاز کند.

چنين اقدامی که خارج از مقرّرات شناخته شده و چارچوبِ متعارف جامعه ی ملل صورت ميگيرد و نقضِ آشکارِ حقوق و معاهده های بين المللی محسوب ميشود و تاکنون موجِ اعتراض و انزجارِ اکثرِ کشورهای جهان (و حتی متحدين اروپائی پيمان ناتو) و بويژه نهادهای مدافعِ حقوقِ بشر و افکار عمومی را برانگيخته است ، هر روز بيش از پيش از مردمِ غيرنظامی و ستم کشيده ی عراق قربانی ميگيرد.

هيچ وجدانِ انسانی و آزاده ای نميتواند در برابر چنين جنگ افروزی و کشورگشائی های ظالمانه ، بمباران غيرنظاميان ، کودکان ، قطع آب و برق ، منع رسيدن مواد غذائی و دارویی و... ، ولو به نام "آزادی و امنيت و خلع سلاح و.."، سکوت پيشه کند و بر ضايعات هولناک انسانی چنين شيوه های اقتدارگرايانه ای چشم فروپوشد.

بی ترديد ايجاد امنیت زیستی برای مردم عراق و نيز ساير اتباع غير عراقی که به هر دليل در عراق به سر می برند ، نيازمند عزم جدی بين المللی است .هم ازاينرو ، انجمن های ايرانی مدافع حقوق بشر امضاء کننده اين بيانيه ، همصدا با کليه نهادهای مدافع صلح درجهان ، مصرانه خواستار توقف بلاوقفه ی جنگ ، خروج فوری ارتش های اشغالگر بيگانه از منطقه ، و برگزاری يک انتخاباتِ آزاد و قانونی سراسری زير نظرِ سازمان ملل ، و رعايتِ کاملِ حقِ مردم عراق در تعيينِ سرنوشتِ خويش می باشند و در اين مسير ، از کليه تلاش های برحق و صلح طلبانه جهانی اعلامِ پشيبانی می کنند .

To denounce the US and Britain attacks against Iraq and defending Human Rights of Iraq's people

While U.N. inspectors were doing their job in accordance to 1441 resolution to disarm Iraq from any weapons of mass destruction. The U.S. administration along with U.K. decided to attack Iraq in order to change the regime.

The military attack is a violation of international law, which has caused denounciation by so many countries among them NATO countries. People around the world condemned the attack.

No one as a human being can tolerate the attack which will take so many civilian lives. The war is not justified even if it is to free Iraqis from a tyranny regime.

Lack of running clean water for drinking in Basra , cut off of the electrical power and lack of medicine and access to medical facilities for civilians who are trapped between two troops has created a critical situation for them.

The safety of Iraqis and other nations such as Iranian refugees who live in Iraq must be considered as a first priority for the international community.

We, the Iranian Human rights groups around the globe, request the immediate case of fire, pulling back of U.K. and U.S. from Iraq immediately, and the holding of a referendum under the U.N. supervision for the Iraqis to choose their democratic institutes through a free election for the future of Iraq.

We support all the global peaceful movements toward a peaceful solution to Iraq's crisis.
